Hello, hope you are well. Thanks for posting your photos and questions! I think a conservative lip lift (with corner lift) is a great option for you, and I would consider enhancing the results with upper lip augmentation. Best,Dr. Tower
You have many options, and it all depends on what you are bothered by! You are absolutely a candidate for a lip lift and I think that will look great on you. As for the cheeks, it depends on how aggressive you want to be. You could either do some artistic volume restoration with fat grafting or filler, or you could do a lift procedure (midface lift vs full face lift).
I would recommend a browlift. Your eyebrows are asymmetrical and your hairline is rather high. At the same time, you could undergo a facelift to decrease the nasal labial folds. Another alternative is a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Sophisticated approaches to creating more pleasing facial aesthetics take into account such factors as overall facial contour and harmony and proportionality between the various facial features. At least from the photos provided, there appear to be significant under-eye hollows and tear troughs, loss of volume in the cheeks, volume loss in the lip and incipient marionette lines at the angles of the mouth. In the hands of an expert physician injector, the skillful use of a robust HA volumizing filler can quite readily address the cheek and tear trough issues without creating "apple cheeks." . A robust HA lifting filler can improve the marionette lines. A low viscosity, cohesive, malleable HA filler can define the vermilion border and still another HA filler can add some volume to the lips. You would be wise to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
A midface lift with subnasal + corner lip lift would be excellent options to rejuvenate the face. The lip lift will address the drooping of the upper lip to show the red portion of the lip better. The midface lift would help with the early jowling and the nasojugal and midcheek grooves.
You can have under eye filler and you'll be fine during the liplift surgery, no worriesbut you shoul not have lip fillers , good luck doctor be+ clinic
