Answer: Options Hello, hope you are well. Thanks for posting your photos and questions! I think a conservative lip lift (with corner lift) is a great option for you, and I would consider enhancing the results with upper lip augmentation.

Answer: Lip lift You have many options, and it all depends on what you are bothered by! You are absolutely a candidate for a lip lift and I think that will look great on you. As for the cheeks, it depends on how aggressive you want to be. You could either do some artistic volume restoration with fat grafting or filler, or you could do a lift procedure (midface lift vs full face lift).

At the same time, you could undergo a facelift to decrease the nasal labial folds. Another alternative is a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

A robust HA lifting filler can improve the marionette lines. A low viscosity, cohesive, malleable HA filler can define the vermilion border and still another HA filler can add some volume to the lips. You would be wise to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
