It is difficult to assess the results of your face/neck lift and upper and lower eyelid surgery without seeing your before photos, but I do not think you need a surgical revision. I do see some areas in your cheeks with some volume loss and this could be addressed with fillers. Adding this volume normally will produce some rejuvenation of the face.
