Hello @laurenmorris, and thank you for your question. Keep in mind that the nose like the rest of the face ages with time. The nose even when it has been operated on is not always the same because the tissues tend to change over time due to gravity. This can be due to inflammation or other causes, for example allergies. The very nicely posted photos demonstrate a rotated cartilage graft or cartilage lower medial alar cartilage. Easiest to try HA filler injections done ONLY by the surgeon or another expert surgeon who injects! Otherwise only additional tip surgery with cartilage diced grafting can improve. Good luck....
Hello! Thanks for the great questions and photos. The dent in your nasal tip is the separation between the lower lateral (tip) cartilages in the dome region. You appear to have thin skin so now you're noticing it over aging as the skin changes. The droopiness happens with aging and a lack of support at the caudal septum. Using strong cartilage and camouflage material at you tip (such as temporalis fascia) can lead to a strong and smooth result. Seek consultation with a facial plastic surgeon to learn more. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your question and photos. It’s important to know how long ago your rhinoplasty procedure was performed to make a proper assessment. It’s not uncommon for surgeons to over-rotate the nose tip upward since it generally drops as the nose begins to heal. Without this step, it's pos...
Hello! If this was your first surgery and a majority of the swelling is gone / nose has stabilized, 11 months post-op may be appropriate to consider a revision. The usual timeframe I encourage patients to wait for a revision, if needed, is 12 months. I would have a consultation with your surgeon...
