Too much steroid after rhinoplasty? I have depression on the side of the nose (Photo)

I had a rhinoplasty and received two kenalog shots during the recovery period. The shots I think left these depressions in the side of my nose now I feel like my entire rhinoplasty was ruined from this dumb shot :( is there any way to fix this? My skin thinned out a lot and the depressions are visible and palpable :(
