Is it possible to get my old nose tip with a revision, right now my nose is really upturned and i don't like the angle i feel like it was lifted too much, is it possible to achieve that and some length?

You appear to have very thin nasal skin which may show irregularities more than in those thicker skin types. In our practice, microdroplet Silikon-1000 may be considered for permanent filling of nasal indentations without additional surgery. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph

It is possible to stretch the nostrils slowly and gradually over time. Nostrils have only soft tissue along the borders and especially on the sides. This can be stretched using a dilator every day. You have to be careful as to what you use. Stretching can cause an ulcer or infection if not done...
