I had a revision 19 months ago where diced cartilage was used and a strut and spreader were placed. Recently, about 2 months ago, a red dot appeared on my tip. About 3 days ago another appeared. What could be causing this?

You appear to have very thin nasal skin which may show irregularities more than in those thicker skin types. In our practice, microdroplet Silikon-1000 may be considered for permanent filling of nasal indentations without additional surgery. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
