I had breast augmentation in 2005. I was an A cup to a D cup. 470/435 saline implants. I removed them in 2020 with a breast lift and did not want to replace nor a smaller implant. Now in 2022 I want to have breast implants again but no more than 250cc. Can I get this done under the muscle? Will I have enough tissue for it?
