I've come to absolutely hate myself. I can't wear swim suits or tight tops. I know I could stuff the smaller side but when the day comes to an end it's still like that. I fear ill never be able to be intimate with a guy because of them. I have no money to get them fixed. I was told it'd cost 10-12,000. Is there a foundation to help with this? A grant maybe? What procedures would need to be done?
Answer: Breast asymmetry correction
You most likely need both a breast augmentation and a breast lift surgery of some type. Unfortunately, surgery costs money. I do not know of any programs dedicated to helping financially with cosmetic conditions. There are several academic residency programs that may offer the procedures at lower costs, but they still will not be free.

Answer: Improving Breast Shape with Breast Augmentation and a Lift
I am sorry to hear about your concerns but I understand them. You breast shape can be improved with an augmentation and lift on the left breast and and an augmentation and lift/small reduction on the right breast. Unfortunately, there are no foundations for aesthetic breast surgery but there are teaching centers that train plastic surgery residents/fellows. These centers may be your best resource to have an evaluation and improvement of your breast shape. All the best to you.

Answer: Your breast asymmetry problem may be covered by health insurance
If you have one breast which is significantly larger than the other it may be from a medical condition called Poland's syndrome or your breast could have simply developed that way. If it happened naturally and one breast is significantly larger that the other, it may be possible to get a corrective surgery covered by medical insurance. Some health insurance plans offer coverage for these types of congenital abnormalities. You should see a plastic surgeon to learn what your options are. Also, you could seek out a plastic surgery training program where there may be a plastic surgery free clinic. Many plastic surgery residency training programs have these services and they may be free of charge. You can find plastic surgery training programs at the American Board of Plastic Surgery website, or contact your local medical school and inquire with the plastic surgery department.
Good Luck!

Answer: $10-$12,000 sounds a bit much for correction of asymmetric breasts.
From the photograph provided it looks as though correction of the asymmetry could be accomplished for considerably less than $10-$12,000. There is no charity foundation for women with asymmetric breasts.

Answer: Needing breast surgey without funds
Your condition could possibly be covered by insurance due to the discrepancy between volumes so if you wait a little longer, perhaps Obamacare, once fully in force, could step in if you do not have insurance. If you do have insurance, see one of the contracted plastic surgeons for their advice. Finally, there is financing available such as CareCredit.com. You should see a few surgeons and obtain their cost estimates then make your choice. New, younger surgeons just starting out may also be more flexible on their fees but you really need to know their experience or their revision policy. Good luck!
