My old implants were over 20 years old, had some kind of coating on them that had deteriorated, were a little encapsulated and needed to be replaced. My breasts were also droopy, as I had children, which only exacerbated the pitosis of the tuberous deformity.
recovery not as bad as a c-section... wearing a bikini for the first time in my life!
After having 2 children I really tried everything to get rid of my extra belly fat and exerices wouldn't do it. I'm very pleased with the results.
I had initially looked to be operated on with the intent of ridding myself of unsightly physical features which eroded my self-esteem and confidence. The doctor I chose wasn't the first doctor I consulted, but definitely was the last as I was instantly comforted and relieved of the anxieties I endured concerning the surgery. My doctor is patient, sincerely concerned with the overall health of his patients, and he made sure that I was well informed of all the aspects surrounding the procedure. My life has dramatically changed since the procedure. The procedure alleviated me of a huge burden I had been carrying for years. I now feel liberated and emboldened by a stroke of normalcy. The staff is kind, patient, and accommodating beyond reason. The facility is clean, comfortable, and adds to the relaxed atmosphere the staff perpetuates. Going to this doctor was one of the best choices I ever made. The man is in the miracle business."
The experience with my Plastic Surgeon and his staff was tremendous. The surgeon and his staff provide such a welcoming environment. He is abosolutely amazing. He was very diligent in helping me understand the procedure and he answered every one of my questions. I underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty and I am very happy with the results. The recovery was quick, pain-free, and there was very little swelling and bruising. Believe it or not, I was back to work in less than a week. The best part of it all is that everyone is always commenting on how well-rested and how great I look. It was definetly worth it!
It's hard to put into words how I feel today as opposed to, say, a year ago. Last October I had a epiphany and in an instant decided to get breast implants. I swore I'd never say this, but I wish I could have done it years ago. If you are considering it - do not hesitate! The key to my present happiness is having chosen the right doctor. My doctor and his staff were like angels sent to bless me! I say this because the entire experience could not have been more perfect. It was divine. From my very first phone call to having my "after" pictures taken five months later, it's all like a really good dream that I can't wake up from! And seriously, I am so happy now that, whenever I feel bad or stressed or sad, all I have to do is stop and think about my breasts and nothing else matters much anymore. For the first time, my breasts feel and look great. And the procedure it self and afterwords was entirely painless. THAT IS HOW HAPPY I AM.
I went to see a new plastic surgeon because I had a breast lift and implants the year before. Every time I looked in the mirror I wanted to cry. The first surgeon did such an awful job. My breast were different sizes. The scars were frightening to look at.My first visit at the office was such a relief. I cried because I was so upset and embarrassed by the original surgery, that I didn't even want to show the doctor. He was so kind and so was his staff. He spent about an hour with me going over every little detail, trying to find out exactly what i wanted from this surgery.I scheduled my surgery during my first visit. During the weeks preceding the procedure the doctor called me many times to go over what outcome I wanted. He was determined to make this surgery a success. The care and attention I received from this surgeon and his staff was outstanding.I would do it again without hesitation. If I ever consider any cosmetic procedure again, this doctor will be the only choice I made!
I had a facelift and am now left with visible scaring and after a year I don't feel like the result was 100% what I wanted. My jawline is not how I expected it to be and that was the reason for my surgery. Updated on 18 Dec 2012: I would like to further clairfy my experience here. When I checked no after care/follow up I was referring to the many months after my surgery not hours. The after care at the office after my surgery was exemplary. I had round the clock exceptional nursing care. When I checked the after care box I meant THE OFFICE did not contact me after all the intitial surgery procedures were taken care of. I expected that someone would have called me for a follow up after a couple of months considering that plastic surgery takes many months to heal - changing all the time. In my case I had these terrible ropey painful itchy scars. No one ever called to see how I was doing. It's possible my expectations in that regard were too high. My surgery now was over a year ago. Updated on 27 Jun 2013: Now it's been a year and a half since my surgery. My scaring situation has worsened considerably. Here is a photo of what I am talking about. This scarring under my ears are totally 100% visible and are seriously disappointing and ugly. Also the scarring behind my ears is hideous as well. So if I wear my hair up you can see scarring all around my ears front and back. Yuck! I was given to believe the facelift would just get "better and better".
Some say massage and movement is a way for fast recovery ... Why do u say not to... I've been wanting breast implant since I was 3 kid.. I'm a 32a going to a 32d 550 cc I have 3 kids so I have extra skin but not enough for breast lift.... I decide to do it at this time cause I getting married June 15,2013.we are always going with saline
Hi. Sure hope you are wearing these. But of more concern is that one leg is more swollen than the other. That could indicate a blood clot and you should see your surgeon right away.
Hi. This is because your smaller breast is probably sagging somewhat. But if you really only need breast reduction of one breast, you can get that done well for $5000.
Hi. It looks like you will look and feel a lot better after a breast lift. The vertical breast lift (Lejour technique) with a lollipop scar gives the best, long lasting results, because it lifts the breasts from the inside and does not rely on pulling the skin.
Hi. Your asymmetry is not bad. The trick is to make sure that the breast implant pockets are CENTERED under each nipple and not pushed too close together.
Hi. I think you can be made a lot better. Recommended technique is internal vertical breast reduction developed by Dr Hall-Findlay. Best long term results.
