Lightly bumped my nose two or three times while kissing. Could I have done any damage?

I was making out with my girlfriend I lightly bumped my nose into hers a couple of times no pain or anything I'm just really paranoid I'm 4 weeks post op could I have done any damage? Or effected my final look?

Notify your surgeon if you have had any increase in swelling after the trauma. Would not anticipate your results being adversely affected. However, continue to protect your nose.

It takes a significant amount of trauma to damage the nose after rhinoplasty procedure. Lightly bumping the nose will not cause any damage.

Your story suggests a minor trauma to soft tissues and support structural cartilage and bone.  The proof of the situation is inherent in an examination internally and externally.  Generally, the degree of injury is proportional to the amount of force of the trauma, and also is proportional to the pain endured.  Thusly, it should be ok.  But a careful inspection with your surgeon is in order.  Likely, nothing would be done in the short-term even if there was found to be concern on examination.
