Your brows appear to be at a pleasing height, and many types of brow-lift surgery may cause an elevation of your hairline which could make your forehead appear larger. Good Day. Thank you for your question and photographs.You are a beautiful woman. Your photographs reveal you have most of the features that we strive for to reach a beautiful facial appearance. A consultation ion person to listen to your desires and concerns is essential.Your brow position is mildly lower than optimal, however, your brow is attractive. Your forehead height is higher than optimal and doing most forehead or brow lift procedures can eventuate that, decreasing the aesthetic look. A filler, such as Bellafill, injected along the upper eyelid hair may all you need.Your facial shape is on the longer side. Wearing hair that hides some of your forehead may shorten the length look. Higher cheeks by using either a cheek or combined mid face implant or fillers may assist in achieving this look.You have minimal excess skin on your upper eyelid, which is another facial feature that makes a large overall impact. I not feel cosmetic eyelid surgery is necessary at this time.Your photograph while smiling does show excess dental show. The best smile is one that reveals two-thirds of the upper teeth. This can be achieved by enhancing the size of the upper and lower lips and/or injecting either Dysport/Botox to the upper lip to produce less dental show.You have an attractive nose with maybe somewhat a bulbous tip. Refinement of the tip may improve the nasal appearance to your liking.In summary, you are an attractive woman who could get away with doing nothing.
