My left eye sits lower then my right. I had read online of a woman who had the exact same problem. She claimed that it was fixed when she realized that she was only chewing food with the right side of her mouth. She said that after a few days of chewing with the left it balenced out. I've tried the same for a couple of days, but nothing noticeable has changed. Will doing this even them out? If not what might help. I am male if it matters at all.

Answer: My eyes are not level with each other. What would you recommend?
In the photos you seem to have minimal cheek bone asymmetry, minimally elevated left eyebrow and a hollow left upper eyelid sulcus. You may have early left upper eyelid ptosis on a background of facial asymmetry. A examination by a Plastic Surgeon may helpHope you find this useful
Without photographs, it is difficult to assess your situation. The crease position can be changed. Be sure to have your eyelids evaluated by a board certified surgeon who specializes in eyelid surgery.
This is pretty common as the tissues are still swollen and stiff. As the swelling subsides the tissues will be softer and lay better I suspect. You can always take more but cannot put it back!
