Thank you for sharing your question. In most cases Volbella results will be seen immediately as a result of the product and tissue swelling. If you see little results you may need additional treatment. If possible please post some before and after images for the best advice.
It takes at least two weeks for the swelling to fully subside and for you to see your final results from your filler injections. So, for now, wait. However, if, at that point, you still aren't happy then you may need a bit more filler. Most good injectors start small as it's much easier to add more filler than to take it away.
Thank you foryour question Domzach85. Volbellais a hyaluronic acid filler designed to enhance the lips. Final results are seen approximately 2 weeks after the treatment once swelling has subsided. We have our patients return at that time to assess the results. At that point more product can be used if further enhancement is desired. Pleaseconsult with a doctor for specific recommendations. Good luck!
Thanks for your question and we are sorry that you are having the concerns that you are having. Volbella is a new filler from Allergan specifically designed for treatment around the lips and mouth area. Results with Volbella is usually seen very quickly so I wonder if enough product was used for you. I would recommend returning to your provider and perhaps getting more filler. We always recommend that you have these procedures performed in the offices of a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon – we are the true experts here.
Volbella is the amazing new filler from Allergan specifically for lips and lines around the mouth. Results are immediate. If you don't see much difference, that would suggest you need more filler. You should probably discuss this with your doctor. As with everything, be sure you are seeing an expert in facial injections, typically a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon for best results.
Thank you for your question. It's impossible to make any definitive recommendations without examining you, or reviewing your photos. Generally speaking, when fillers are injected directly into fine lines they can cause a fair amount skin irritation. This can result in firm lumps of filler under the skin, redness, and swelling that can even make the fine lines look worse immediately after injection. It can take up to two weeks for swelling to resolve, and for the filler to integrate with your skin. I would recommend following-up with your injector in two weeks to review before and after photos, and discuss your concerns. Best of luck!
Results depend upon these factors: #1. Was it really VolBella? #2. Were enough syringes used? Most likely not! #3. Usually results are seen immediately. Maybe return to see the injector.
Hello there,Trust in your provider that the treatments he or she did will look great. This will come with time, though, as swelling, redness or possible bruising play a part in how long each person takes to heal. The fold is most likely due to the swelling and both botox as well as Volbella t...
When it comes to lip fillers, less is definitely more. I always like to start slow, and add more later if desired. That’s a preferable strategy to trying to do it all at once and possibly overfilling. Because your lips are already large, you need to be extra careful not to overfill or you c...
Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Asymmetrical swelling after lip injections is not uncommon, especially if your injector was attempting to correct an underlying difference in lip size. I would allow your results time to mature over 2-3 weeks. In the meantime, try redu...
Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. Fillers often take 2-3 weeks to soften and mature as a result of absorbing water and I would recommend some light massage and more time before deciding on any additional treatment. If you see little improvement over the next 1-2 weeks you ca...
