Original platysmaplasty in 2021 - Will a Neck Lift Revision Help Me? (Photos)
Hello! I underwent a platysmaplasty in 2021 with incisions around the back of my ears, underneath my ear lobes and at the base-of-neck hairline. It never looked 100% tight so I went back to the same surgeon and he did an in-office procedure called a "giggly" in which a string was inserted into my chin, wrapped around the platysma muscle and pulled back out the same hole and the surgeon grabbed both ends of string and pulled them back & forth in attempt to further cut the muscle they were wrapped around. This was also unsuccessful. I've also had Botox in my neck, as well. Here is what my neck looks like today. I believe the term is called "cobra neck"? I feel like it makes me look older than I actually am. I would like to know if you think a revision surgery would be successful? Thank you so much!
