After surgery: Allergic to elastic bandage - are there any alternatives?

I am looking to have a neck lift and understand an elastic bandage is used to support after the op. Im allergic (get a nasty rash) to elastic bandages, is there any alternative ? I worry that without a bandage I won’t get the best result
