Is a dark purple bruising and swelling of the nipples normal after Breast Augmentation and Lift?

Please see your surgeon as soon as you can. While bruising is normal, this should be checked out since it's affecting your nipples. Best of luck.

This may be normal for your operation but I would be concerned. I worry that your nipple/areola is being compromised by lack of blood supply which could lead to tissue loss. See your surgeon ASAP

This is a not good color change and could be from lack of good enough blood supply to the nipple area. Call your surgeon right now. He might can maybe resolve this with quick action. Good luck.

I recommend discussing with your surgeon immediately.  It may be that the nipple is becoming necrotic and any way of relieving the tension around it may salvage it. 

Although tis may be a result of bruising and superficial bleeding I would have concerns that the blood supply to the nipple areola complex is compromised. You must see your PS immediately to rule out compromise and if there is compromise urgent attention to the reason for the compromise.
