I want a lift and implants. I'm 5'8" and currently 200lbs (was 260lbs in Nov.), about a size 14, the smallest I've been in 15 years. I'm serious about a change. 3 pregnancies in 4 years, and nursing a total of 56 months have led to very badly sagging breasts for my age. Looking natural naked isn't top priority, looking high, round, & full is. Which implant & methods do you think would be best, do you think I should lose more weight first, or do you think it's ok to go ahead and plan this out?Updated information: I currently should wear a 36F (F being one cup size larger than a DDD) or G. I don't care to change my areaolae. Even with maximum weight loss, I'm a person with wide set shoulders and hips. Ideally, I'd like to be a 36DDD post-op and I think they'd suit my frame & personality
