How long should I wait to get chin implant and facial liposuction shortly after stopping isotretinoin?

You can have liposuction and chin implants without any concerns.  It is resurfacing procedures that are impacted by Acutane. Thus no lasers. 

 It is acceptable to undergo a chin implant several months after taking Accutane. In our practice, we place  Chin implants through a submental approach, not an intra-oral approach to prevent infection, dividing the mentalis muscle, and to prevent migration and extrusion through the mouth. We also do not recommend liposuction of the jowls.

Hi, the worry would be the Laser surgery and possibly the Thermage which should be postponed for 6 months after complettion of the accutane.  The chin implant if placed through a small incision under the chin is well below the skin layer and shouldn't be an issue IMHO.  Hope this helps.  

It is no problem with an intraoral incision, which is what I usually do. I use the submental approach when I am doing a face lift who needs chin augmentation. There are small little technical steps I take, when I do an intraoral approach, to prevent migration, extrusion, dislocation, and infection.
