I am 5'5 112lb my breast width is 10cm. I told my PS that i wanted to look a natural C w/o my breast looking like they are in my throat or fake. I am a very small AA-A cup now, with little to no breast tissue. My biggest concern with the high profile is since meeting with him last, several people have told me that they will look fake if i go with a High profile. I trust his judgement, however would like to know if maybe he is misreading my wants, or i am not describing what i want properly.

Answer: Breast implant size Choosing the right size and shape can be a daunting process sometimes. I think the best thing you can do is look at pictures of similar women like yourself who had similar size implants . I always show my ba patients numerous similar before and after photos and discuss what is important to them. Overall, the best thing to do is look in the mirror when you try on different size implants on the office and see what fits your frame best. In terms of high profile, that in itself will not give you a fake appearance. Remember that the choice of size is always yours and do not let anyone else decide for you . Also, do not forget to look at photo galleries in person or online to get a general sense of what to expect. Best wishes.

Answer: Natural look Obviously, your doctor is in the best position to advise you since he has had the opportunity to examine you and discuss your goals and expectations with you. I like the high profile implants when I use higher volume sizes, however, in the 250-300 cc range, I usually like the moderate plus profile implants. That is just my personal preference.

In terms of size, It is much better to accurately discuss implant volume and projection with an in office exam and detailed measurements. In order to make an accurate size recommendation, I would need to assess your chest wall and breast mound measurements/characteristics. I use these measurements to help me during the sizing process to guide you to a safe result for your chest wall and just as important, one that meets your end desires.The next step is to try on this range of implants in the office with your doctor. The key to this success is showing your surgeon the body proportion you desire with a bra sizer and allowing your surgeon to guide you to the right implant. It will be much easier to communicate in implant cc's than cup size when determining the appropriate implant for you during the sizing process. In addition, review of photos and use of rice bags can be very helpful to the patient and surgeon in achieving a safe and happy result. Answer: 250-300 cc breast implants under the muscle usually do not look fake Thank you for your question. The size range that you have chosen if done properly and with the implants placed beneath the muscle should not look fake. If you have a narrow chest high profile implants are usually selected.
