I am 5'5 and 112 lbs. Will High Profile Silicone Implants make me look fake with 250-300 CC's?

Unfortunately,
you have not told us your bra size just your cup size. If you are 32 or 34 each 100 cc’s of implant
corresponds to 1 cup size change. If you
are 36 or 38 each 200 cc’s of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. From this, you can compute the volume require
to achieve your desired goal. I always
recommend small round textured silicone gel implants placed retro-pectoral
since they look and feel more natural, are more stable, less likely to ripple
or have complications needing revision.
Implant profile is irrelevant in the retro-pectoral position since the

Choosing the right size and shape can be a daunting process sometimes. I think the best thing you can do is look at pictures of similar women like yourself who had similar size implants .  I always show my ba patients numerous similar before and after photos and discuss what is important to them. Overall, the best thing to do is look in the mirror when you try on different size implants on the office and see what fits your frame best. In terms of high profile, that in itself will not give you a fake appearance. Remember that the choice of size is always yours and do not let anyone else decide for you . Also, do not forget to look at photo galleries in person or online to get a general sense of what to expect. Best wishes.

Obviously, your doctor is in the best position to advise you since he has had the opportunity to examine you and discuss your goals and expectations with you.  I like the high profile implants when I use higher volume sizes, however, in the 250-300 cc range, I usually like the moderate plus profile implants.  That is just my personal preference. 

Based on what I can see, this range should give you a nice full natural result.  In terms of size, It is much better to accurately discuss implant volume and projection with an in office exam and detailed measurements. In order to make an accurate size recommendation, I would need to assess your chest wall and breast mound measurements/characteristics. I use these measurements to help me during the sizing process to guide you to a safe result for your chest wall and just as important, one that meets your end desires.The next step is to try on this range of implants in the office with your doctor. The key to this success is showing your surgeon the body proportion you desire with a bra sizer and allowing your surgeon to guide you to the right implant. It will be much easier to communicate in implant cc's than cup size when determining the appropriate implant for you during the sizing process. In addition, review of photos and use of rice bags can be very helpful to the patient and surgeon in achieving a safe and happy result. I use high profile implants all the time because many women that I treat are very narrow and these implants are usually the right shape for them.

The look will be in the eye of the beholder, and high profile implants are rounder with less flow than a "natural" breast shape for some. They do allow fuller volume on a narrower chest. Rather than tell your surgeon, why not show him just what you feel your natural breast look should be with clear breast photos.

Thank you for your question.  The size range that you have chosen if done properly and with the implants placed beneath the muscle should not look fake.  If you have a narrow chest high profile implants are usually selected.
