In my right breast, I have quite a lot of scar tissue within the breast (lower quadrants) . I had a hemtoma and saroma in this breast. The scar tissue is hard. I am 2 months post op. How can I get rid of it? My surgeon seems to say it will get softer with time. I was wondering whether I can have it removed surgically. The scars are really nice though

After a breast augmentation, 7-14 days is usual for return to work if you can get someone to assist with heavy lifting. Longer if you must resume all lifting activities at work.
I ask my patients to stop all vitamins, supplements, extracts, potions etc 3 weeks before and after surgery because alot of those things increase your risk of bleeding so I would say yes and if you needed I would give you a sleeping pill to help
