I am wishing for 550cc HP silicone. I want to go partially under the muscle, through the areola. (I will be getting an areola reduction as well) I would like to be at least a D. I want them to look big when I'm naked but I want to still be able to downplay them. My stats are 5'1, 119 lb. chest is 34', rib cage is 31', waist is 30', and hips are 36'. Current bra size is 34A/32B. BWD is 16 cm. Is this all possible/a good idea? I am not going for a natural look btw I do want some side boob
Answer: Implant size I personally think that 550 is a bit on the large side for the average woman of your size. But given the description of your size goals and desires, it will definitely give you a full D, and there will be nothing subtle about it. If that's the look you want, go for it!

Answer: Large High Profile Implants Hello,Roughly speaking without the benefit of a physical examination, it is likely that your goal appearance will require something in the neighborhood of that implant. However, I would like to remind you, as I do all those like yourself on this site who want the same look, that this comes at a cost. Large or extra large, high profile implants carry a much higher risk profile for early and late complications. I typically say something like 'you don't even know what is going on with the women in your goal photographs. Are they happy? Do they have issues or problems?' Well, the woman in your goal photo with the white tee shirt is looking for smaller implants! Looking at static, two dimensional photos is no way to assess how good a result someone has, or whether they have subtle issues that make them unhappy with their result. Even if you have a complication free result after your surgery, you cannot escape the fact that these implants take a long term toll on your breast tissue envelope, leading to unpredictable stretching and thinning of tissues. You mentioned you would want 'some side boob'. Well how about some side boob with ripples? That's a likely possibility. It is important for you to know that even if you are prepared for multiple revision surgeries over the years, revisions surgeries are almost always more difficult and costly than the original surgery. Additionally, some problems are not fully correctable, even with the most sophisticated and expensive techniques. Finally, if I haven't given you pause for thought yet, at 5'1'', you will likely look like you put on ten to fifteen pounds with that size implant. That's another unfortunate consequence with large implants that many women are not aware of. Best of luck!

Answer: Is 550cc high profile silicone a good idea for the look I'm going for? I place larger implants in the 500 to 650 cc range on a regular basis. They are certainly not right for everyone, but if your chest wall can accommodate that diameter, this is a reasonable request.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA

Answer: 550 cc high profile Just want to be happy,Being unable to examine you and with a lack of pictures it is difficult to be able to give you an opinion or educated response regarding your question. However, considering your measurements 550 cc high profile implants will be very difficult to be "downplayed." They will be noticeable.
