I've had a Rhinoplasty (which I'm not 100% happy with but it looks much better than it did originally), get Radiesse injected in my cheeks to make them higher and more prominent every year, and have also had two hair transplants. I am 27 years old. I've always felt that my chin was very lacking in my side profile and was wondering if a chin implant would help with that? I was also wondering if it could help to achieve a more "square" looking modelesque like face.

Answer: Chin implant may help A chin implant is a good way to improve the contour of the chin area. From the looks of your photos, it appears that you may be a reasonable candidate for the surgery. I typically insert a solid silicone implant through a small incision inside the mouth. It lies directly on the bone of the chin and causes the chin to look more defined. Downtime is minimal, but you will have an altered full denture smile for a couple weeks.Make sure to choose a board-certified plastic surgeon.Good luck!
