I agree with many of the other comments in that, yes, your nose is swollen and the changes that happen from the two week mark to the final result can be fairly significant.  I think that some aspects of the "swoop" may eventually develop in the bridge into what you were expecting as the swelling resolves.  However, I am skeptical that the columella will come down much at all.  Your surgeon should be able to add a small graft to the columella and that should bring it down nicely.  I would classify this as a "touch up" procedure and not a full revision.  I would recommend that you wait and whenever your surgeon feels it is appropriate from a healing perspective, you could have that done.  Patience is a very important trait to have (or learn) as you recover from all surgery, but rhinoplasty in particular.  

Swelling after rhinoplasty is one of the normal features that is most distressing to patients. Although we talk about it it seems almost unimagineable to patients that there nose will change dramatically from what it looks like at two weeks. If your doctor is confident that the result in the operating room is what you were trying to achieve then you have to be patient and wait. It's hard and stressing  but even after performing over one thousand rhinoplasties I am still amazed at the changes that continue even up to a year or more.

Your nose is undergoing a lot of changes.  STOP.  RELAX.  LET HEALING OCCUR.It is too early to think about revision, etc.  I would tell you to allow the healing process to occur, discuss your issues with your surgeon, f/u with your surgeon as scheduled, and do whatever his/her prescribed post-op course.
