Rhinoplasty and breast augmentation at the same time, is this safe?

I'll be having a surgery Rhinoplasty using goretex and breast augmentation mentor at the same time in Philippines this October. He said it would take 4-5 hrs for both procedures under general anesthesia . Is this time frame safe enough ?

Breast augmentation and rhinoplasty are a great combination. However, going to the phillipines and getting a gortex graft is a no no ! Gortex graft will eventually get infected and need to be replaced with organ donated rib graft.
