Rhinoplasty and breast augmentation at the same time, is this safe?

I'll be having a surgery Rhinoplasty using goretex and breast augmentation mentor at the same time in Philippines this October. He said it would take 4-5 hrs for both procedures under general anesthesia . Is this time frame safe enough ?

Usually a week is all that is necessary.  This has proven to be a safe time to wait and acceptable to patients who need to get back to their normal routines.  It may be that in your particular case due to a more involved procedure, additional time with a cast is requested by your surgeon.

Removal of the cast is done gently. A liquid that dissolves the glue that helps them attach the cast to the skin makes the process easier. After a few minutes the cast typically is removed without difficulty. If the cast is still adherent more Detachol can be applied to ease removal.
