I had a mini neck lift about 2 years ago and the result were subpar. I had some hematomas that had to be evacuated but I healed up okay. Two months later I had a 360 tummy tuck and 5 days s/p I threw some pretty serious PEs. Hematology work up showed I was positive for anticardiolipin antibodies so I’m on Eliquis for life. Hem hesitantly cleared me for neck lift but I talked to 2 facial plastics that didn’t want to do it. Can I safely get a full neck lift to address the serious laxity I have?
