How do I get rid of my neck lines/improve them? (Photo)

I have had these neck lines for as long as I can remember. They make my neck fat look worse than what it actually is, as I don’t have much fat there. I have been wanting get get a neck lift to see if it will improve anything. I know that they cannot completely vanish but I would like to significantly improve them. I have had Ultherapy in the best and it didn’t improve them at all. I thought something more surgical and longer lasting might be my best bet.

Since you've already tried Ultherapy without much improvement, a surgical neck lift could help to some extent by tightening the skin and underlying muscles, which may soften the appearance of those lines. However, it's important to know that deep horizontal neck lines are often due to skin structure and movement, so while surgery can improve overall contour and firmness, it may not completely erase the lines. Combining a lift with skin treatments like microneedling RF or filler may give the best results.
