Neck indentation after chin lipo. Would a neck lift be the best course of action to fix this? (Photo)

Hello,Looking at your photograph, it does appear that the indentation is a result of platysmal bands. There are several anatomic variants in terms of the platysma muscle. Please see figure 14.2 in the link below. This can usually be addressed with a neck lift. I would recommend thorough examination by a board certified plastic surgeon.
