I am 33 and I had chin lipo a little over a year ago. I still have loose skin and in the past 6 months or so I've noticed a pretty severe indentation under my chin. I have a bit of an adam's apple so there is a natural underlying indentation there, but now I have two folds of skin overlying it and making it more pronounced. Not sure if these are platysmal bands but I can smooth them out and they feel like loose skin. Would a neck lift be the best course of action to fix this?
