20 years old. 117 lbs 5'4. I have had one child. Before getting pregnant with her I was a full C cup. While pregnant I ended up with a DD. I am now not big enough to fill out a D bra but too big for a C. They're not too saggy but they're not full at all: My PS decides on 420cc high profile saline implants filled to 500cc. A lot of posts I have read women say they wish they would have went larger. Would 600cc be too much for me? I want large natural looking breast. I added wish pictures below!

Answer: Breast augmentation Thank you for your question. Unfortunately without any photos of you or an in person exam, it is difficult to determine which size implant will best help you achieve your overall desired goal. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. At the time of your consultation you will be further evaluated and have the baility to utilize sizer impolants to visualize the way each size implant looks on you. Then together with your surgeon you can create a surgical plant o best help you achieve your overall desired goals look.Best regards,Dr. Lane F. Smith, MDPlastic SurgeonLas Vegas, NV

Answer: Would 600cc work for me? It's hard to determine your best implant size without specific breast measurements and an in person exam. Remember to choose a board certified plastic surgeon who actually takes the time to measure you and examine your breast pocket. The goal of breast augmentation is to optimally fill your breast pocket, not to overstuff or understuff it. At my practice, we utilize a series of 5 breast measurements that help me determine the implant size, which in turn helps me deliver a 24 hour recovery. Do your research and choose a surgeon who takes the time to sit down with you and discuss your goals/expectations to determine the best size for you. In general, high profile implants give a more rounded, shelf look and moderate plus implants tend to give a more natural look. Also, remember that sizers will only give you a rough estimate. Good luck!!!
