My surgeon used a caudal projection graft to reproject and support my nose tip. I believe he attached it to my anterior nasal spine but it’s unclear from the operation report and I cannot get an answer from him. I believe it is what’s causing an extreme feeling of tightness at the base of my columella. This is affecting my daily life as it is difficult to drink from a straw or comfortably close my mouth. Can this graft be removed? I have other grafts supporting my tip.
