Filling in huge dent after implant removal - can it be fixed at all? (Photo)

q.p.
I explanted in November and turns out that one of my breasts has a very visible Muscle (Pectoralis) deformity. The muscle curls in and upward and therefore leaves my breast in a very sad shape. Any suggestions to what surgery could fix it? Can it be fixed at all? Minimal fat transfer into that area only? Are there any muscle repair surgeries? Breast reconstruction? I am based in the UK, so Doctor recommendations are much appreciated. Thank you heaps! x
