Uneven hips after LBL, now what can be done? (Photo)

Question

I was left uneven from my lbl in 2019. I feel its affecting my moment, how clothes fit & its contributing to pain & nerve damage in that area. I had increased swell in my trochanter & continual pain which pulls constantly into my pirformis muscle. My hips are uneven. My surgeon dismissed me & nueros dont check here. What can I do. Even my pants & underwear dont sit right due to being uneven. Its not in my head. Ive been botched twice now by 2 different board cert surgeons.

You may benefit from liposuction and/or potential revisionary surgery. This is a complex problems that truly needs someone to put hands on the problem. I would highly recommend seeing a board eligible or board certified plastic surgeon with adequate training in body contouring (for example aesthetic fellowship trained) for a physical exam and accurate analysis with safe recommendations for potential surgical options. I'm sorry you are unhappy with the results from your body lift.  From your photos it appears you will need further surgery in order to correct the areas you pointed out.  If you feel your concerns are not being properly addressed by your surgeon I encourage you to visit with another board certified plastic surgeon for a second opinion.
