You may benefit from liposuction and/or potential revisionary surgery. This is a complex problems that truly needs someone to put hands on the problem. I would highly recommend seeing a board eligible or board certified plastic surgeon with adequate training in body contouring (for example aesthetic fellowship trained) for a physical exam and accurate analysis with safe recommendations for potential surgical options. I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

I'm sorry you are unhappy with the results from your body lift. From your photos it appears you will need further surgery in order to correct the areas you pointed out. If you feel your concerns are not being properly addressed by your surgeon I encourage you to visit with another board certified plastic surgeon for a second opinion.
