New incisions for 2nd breast augmentation - potential problems with parallel scars? (Photo)

I want to reimplant (it has been 4 years since my implants were removed). My old incisions are 2 cm's under my natural creases. If I have new incisions in my natural creases, which will create parallel scars under both breasts, will the skin between the two parallel scars bulge out, or is there any problem that will arise from having new incisions in my natural creases?

You have a capsule on the higher side which can be released to let the implant settle down. You could go some larger, but I would suggest not the size of your wish photo since your inferior pockets have been previously repaired. You don't want to bottom out with an implant that is too heavy for...

Hello,Based on the photographs provided, it does appear that your nipple areolar complexes are still below the most projected portion of the breasts. It is important to allow the implants to settle and I routinely recommend waiting at least six months prior to undergoing a revisional procedure....

Do not make an incision in the breast crease because this may interfere with circulation to your skin. Use the same incisions, or go the areola.
