What Are the Consequences of Not Wearing Garmet After Bbl?

Some surgeons use garments and some do not. I like to use a garment that has foam to compress the lower back and sides of the buttock.

Compression garments are important to not only help keep your swelling down but also to prevent seroma in your fat donor sites.  Please continue to wear your garmets as per your plastic surgeon's recommendations.  Best wishes.

You are hitting on a bit of a controversial subject.  I personally think that the garments are very important for first week after liposuction, but after that the need diminishes greatly. You will have less swelling if wear the garments, but I do not think there is any long term detriment to not wearing the garment after the first week.
