I'm 25 and 5'9 and over 300 lbs, but still my body looks like an hourglass in my reflection, what can be done to make it really that shape?

	1.  Significant weight reduction

	2. Tummy tuck with liposuction after stabilization of your weight

Unfortunately, right now your BMI is 44 and it needs to be 33 or less, for you to be considered a good candidate for plastic surgery.
