Best to seek evaluation with Urologist or Urogynecologist to understand what conditions/problems you may have with your bladder that require diaper use. Botox would be used to treat or alleviate incontinence.

Generally this is not an issue because that is why the injections are given--to treat incontinence. See a board certified urologist for consultation
