My jaw is extremely uneven and continues to get worse I have a popping right below my ear and on the side of my jaw that is way shorter than the other side and is way tighter with no hole like feeling like the other side does where I put my finger todo the exercises im not sure what to do I have braces I’ve had them since March lately the past month it’s been getting a little more difficult to yawn and take big breaths in when I try it’s like my jaw won’t relax enough to allow myself too:(((

The popping sound or clicking is just a sound. Like cracking your knuckles. It's a joint and therefore anyone can create a sound if they move the joint a certain way. It does not indicate any dysfunction or problem. Just stop making the sound on purpose. If it happens - just ignore it....
