I had Botox in my jaw done 15 units each side. Worked great. Went back after 3 months to get redone and was great for 3 weeks and then bam - headaches and my jaw is EXHAUSTED. Second time I did 15/20 units (20 on my bad side) I can move my jaw muscles more this time. Did they put it in the wrong spot? Should I go back for more?

There is no contraindication between Botox and the Plan B pill. Since you have had your period and are not pregnant you are fine to proceed with your treatment as scheduled.
The effects of Botox are temporary. Long term changes could lead to improvement, but it is unlikely that you will notice permanent differences after only one treatment. I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your injector.
Please see the video below for a detailed description of how Botox works to help relieve symptoms of TMJ (Temporo-Mandibular Joint) - enlarged masseter (jaw muscles) and how night guards help to protect the teeth.
