My jaw has been popping and making a noise, like if I’m eating ice. My dentist recommended 60 units of Botox to help relax my temporal muscles. When I eat I hear my jaw popping still. Do I need more Botox or a different procedure? I went to 3 different orthodontist and they all say there’s nothing that can be done ONLY BOTOX.

Neuromodulators for TMJ dysfunction can be beneficial depending on symptoms and severity of disease. Injection patterns can vary and occasional touch ups may be needed. Additionally dosing is variable. Follow up with your treating provider for additional recommendations.
There is no contraindication between Botox and the Plan B pill. Since you have had your period and are not pregnant you are fine to proceed with your treatment as scheduled.
The effects of Botox are temporary. Long term changes could lead to improvement, but it is unlikely that you will notice permanent differences after only one treatment. I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your injector.
