Hey i‘m Sandra and 21 years old. I have a really round face that looks swollen naturally I want a face that is more oval with high cheekbones , That Makes me look more sexy and Model like. What plastic surgery do i need? Would masseter botox help ?

Hello. Thanks for the question. During the younger years is normal to have a lot of concerns about appearance and beauty. I suggest discussing this with a specialized doctor in Esthetic Medicine near you. If you want to have a top model face, you can have Bichectomy to extract the fat deposits of the cheeks. Thanks for uploading your photos. To achieve a slimmer face, I recommend buccal fat pad reduction, chin and jawline liposuction and skin tightening energy based device like FaceTite. I would also recommend adding filer to your cheekbones to give them a higher contour. The combination of all these procedures will give higher cheekbones and slim lower face/neck.
