Swelling of the cheek and tooth/sinus pain after Juvederm. Should I see my doctor?

Usually you do not have that type of reaction to Juvederm. Sometimes you do get swelling by the injection site and there can be a little pain, but it does not cause sinus issues, you should call your doctor to be evaluated. 

Swelling is typically the rule, and not the exception, after filler injections. And usually the swelling is worse on day 2 than it is on the first day. However, as a general rule, if you are worried, you should call your doctor right away so you can be examined properly. Better to be seen so you can be treated appropriately if necessary. Good luck!

I am sorry to hear that you're having problems after your injections.  While bruising and swelling after injection is of course common, if you're swelling is increasing I would definitely have this evaluated by your injector.  If your injector is not highly experienced in recognizing and managing complications associated with injectable fillers I might consider seeking another opinion as well

It is not unusual to have a transient swelling after filler that can last 36-48 hours after injection because of the hydrophilic(attracts water) nature of Juvederm. That should progressively go down after that time. The pain may be from the site injections as it is not typical to develop sinus pain after this procedure. I would recommend calling the physician that performed the injection so you can get evaluated to determine if there is anything that needs to be addressed.
