Had Juviderm injections yesterday, and while the swelling has gone done significantly, what remain are small and large lumps on the underside of my upper lip. They are very sensitive, more firm, and painfully obvious when I smile or laugh. Up close they appear slightly transparent to a pearl color beneath. Should I be concerned?

I agree, your lips are quite swollen at the time of your
photos, but it is typical tohave swelling for the first 2-3 days
following injection and especially in the first 24 hours.Even if ice does not seem to be helping, I
would recommend you continue icing for awhile longer. The pain at this point...

Based on my experience and your photos, it appears this is probably some filler. I would recommend following up with your injector. This may resolve with massage or you may choose to have hyaluronidase injected in that area to dissolve the product.
