If I smile a lot, will masseter Dysport go away faster?

Question

If I smile more (when no one is around of course as I look like a freak), will the Dysport wear off a little more quickly? Will my face regain it's shape? I have had masseter injections before, by a very well qualified doctor and they worked beautifully. The injector this time had no idea what she was doing. She injected high and shallow on the muscle and nothing in the jawline, where I want the reduction. I have been smiling hard trying to move it out. Will this work. '\

Instead of doing a lot of smiling exercises which can help but can also be tiring, you may want to consider some picture picturing income. This won't necessarily make the disport wear off quicker, but it made a loud here remaining muscles that are still unaffected to grow stronger. I would definitely recommend that you stay with experienced injectors.   I train for both Botox and disport, and see a wide variety of skills out there. Better outcomes to come from more qualified and experienced injectors. Definitely do not make your decisions in the future based on price alone.

Dysport and other botulinum toxins permanently block the connection between the nerve and the muscle. The only way to regain function is for the nerve to regrow new connections, which takes about 3-4 months and really cannot be influenced by anything you can do. Best of luck!

As you have just proved, this is a difficult injection that should be left to the experts. No amount of moving the muscles will expedite the Dysport wearing off. It will just take about 3-4 months to do it on its own.

Technically, the more you move a muscle the more likely it is to speed up the process of having a toxin wear off, but I can't tell you if that means it will wear off a week or two earlier, or a month, there's just no telling. It is very important to see experts for all injectables for reasons just like you've noted. If someone doesn't know what they are doing, you are left with a bad result for months and months. "This
