How long after a lift can I get implants?

I would wait at least 3-6 months as you still have a fair amount of swelling. It is important to let the wounds heal and let the breasts settle. It may be that you find you are comfortable with your size and shape in the next several months and decide not to have an implant after all.

If you are planning to have implants placed after a lift, you probably need to wait 4-6 months or until the tissues are soft and completely healed. Best of luck.

It would be very helpful to see pictures. I would say the earliest would be 3 months but preferably waiting 6 months would be best.Good Luck

I would need a lot more information and photographs before I could recommend additional surgery or the use of an implant.

I typically wait at least 12 weeks after breast lift before performing breast augmentation but this depends on the the individual and how well they've healed at that time. From the information that you've given, I see no reason why you wouldn't be able to have the result that you want with gel implants. Your next step is to be examined by a board certified plastic surgeon and have a surgical plan made specific to your body. 

Hi, lulu31216.  Thanks for your question.  You can get implant after breast lift.However, your surgery was recent.  Please allow at least 6 months for breasts/swelling to settle.  If you still want to be larger after 6 months, you can undergo breast augmentation safely.  Please remember that with larger breasts (breast tissue and/or implant), you will have faster ptosis.  Best regards.
