Why do I have saggy boobs at 15 and there very uneven.

I understand your concern. It’s not uncommon for teens to have droopy breasts. Some girls say that they were “born with saggy breasts” or that they “just developed this way.” Breasts can start drooping at any age depending on your genes, the elasticity of your skin, and if you’ve lost a significant amount of weight. If the skin doesn’t retract when some of the fat disappears from your breasts, you could be left with saggy or empty-looking breasts. You should have surgery until there have been no changes in your height, weight and breast size for two years. HI CCook,As the other doctors have said, it is possible to have asymmetric breasts at 15. I also agree that it is best to wait a little until  your breasts have stopped growing and are stable for a year. It might be helpful for you to see a plastic surgeon , with your parents, at  this time, to get an idea of what might be necessary in the future to make your breasts more symmetrical . Hello ccook104,Asymmetric breasts are very common. The severity of the asymmetry can vary and yours might improve.  15 years-old is too young to consider pursuing surgery for cosmetic purposes. We do breast reductions on patients under 18 in more severe cases. That might apply to your larger breast. I hope this helps you feel better about yourself.     

Good morning!Having uneven breasts at your age is not uncommon at all- breasts can mature at different rates giving you different looks until as late as 20 years of age.  This is one of several reasons why we defer performing any cosmetic breast surgery until at least 18 years of age- we just do not know how your breasts are going to finish developing.Do not be concerned about your appearance in the locker room- I can promise you that all of your classmates have similar insecurities about  their bodies as well- things will continue to improve with time.  Be confident in yourself- if you act like you do not care about some breast asymmetry your classmates will find you to be a confident mature person.I hope this helps

Sorry that you have sagging asymmetric breasts.  At 15 you are probably still growing and you should probably wait until you are a bit older if you decide that you want them lifted.

Sometimes it just happens and there is no explanation for what you are observing.  Right now you are too young. Wait till you are at least 18 years of age. Then seek a consultation with a plastic surgeon.  

Breast asymmetry is common, especially during breast development. We typically delay consideration of any surgical intervention until the breasts have been stable in size for at least 1 year. There are rare/uncommon causes of abnormal breast asymmetry but these are not typically dangerous. That being said, you can always arrange a consultation and bring one/both of your parents to have an exam be performed and be reassured that nothing is wrong; of course, the advice will most certainly be "you need to wait until your development is complete." It is common for EVERYONE (boys, girls, men, women) to have insecurities about their bodies, especially in the teenage years when in the locker room. Hopefully knowing that even the 'pretty' girls also have insecurities will help equalize things. Good luck and hang in there!

It is very normal and common to have significant breast asymmetry.  Likewise, your feelings and concerns are normal too.  Rest assured if more than a few girls are in the locker room that there are others that have the same issues and concerns, it is that common.  Start casually observing other, visible body parts and you will see that all of us are asymmetric!
