I had 2 miscarriages. Is it because of my gel, filled implants which might be silent ruptured?

Breast implants silicone or saline intact or not has nothing to do with miscarriage. If you're worried about the integrity of your breast implants check in with your plastic surgeon.

There is absolutely no evidence to suggest breast implants or ruptured implants increase your risk for miscarriages.  If you think your implants are ruptured, please see a board certified PS for a consultation.

Thank you for your question. I am deeply sorry about your miscarriages, but know of no association between implants and repeated miscarriage. I would advise you to consult with a board certified PS to evaluate the integrityof your implants. I would assume you are also seeing a board certified OB/GYN, who can evaluate the repeated miscarriages you have experienced. Best of luck to you.

Greetings, I am sorry to hear about your miscarriages. I have not seen in the medical literature that gel implants can cause this problem.  If your implants are ruptured, you should discuss their removal or replacement with your plastic surgeon...Best Regards,
