Breast implants silicone or saline intact or not has nothing to do with miscarriage. If you're worried about the integrity of your breast implants check in with your plastic surgeon.
There is absolutely no evidence to suggest breast implants or ruptured implants increase your risk for miscarriages. If you think your implants are ruptured, please see a board certified PS for a consultation.
Sorry to hear of your miscarriage but as others have said your implants, intact or ruptured, had nothing to do with itDr Corbin
Thank you for your question. I am deeply sorry about your miscarriages, but know of no association between implants and repeated miscarriage. I would advise you to consult with a board certified PS to evaluate the integrityof your implants. I would assume you are also seeing a board certified OB/GYN, who can evaluate the repeated miscarriages you have experienced. Best of luck to you.

It would be unusual to have just one of your nipples grow after surgery on both sides and especially to recur after nipple reduction on just that side. I would recommend a biopsy to make sure there is no pathologic condition causing your recurrence as the first step.
Its impossible to tell what a bra size will be after a breast augmentation, everyones breast change slightly different depending on the type of implant, above or below the muscle and how much breast tissue you already had, be concerned over shape not size!
It's a very good question. Implant profile refers to how far forward the implant projects on your chest. Implants that have a higher profile create a more "augmented" look. I typically use moderate profile implants to give a more natural appearance. When considering breast augmentation make sure...
