Your breasts are pointing downward. You need a breast lift and the technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. The areolas can be stretched out at the same time.

Based on these photos, your nipples do not look small in comparison to breast size? The most predictable way to enlarge nipples is by means of local tissue in the form of flaps, from areola. That will leave visible scar but would create permanent, predictable result. If you consider areola enlargement, it can be achieved with donut like expansion of areolas. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.

Thank you for your question and photos. The best and least invasive way would be tattooing the skin around your existing areolas. Seek the help of medical tattoo artists who do this for women who had previous breast cancer and reconstruction to "recreate" their areolas. Good luck.

You used two different terms, both nipples and areolae. I am not sure which you want enlarged. The areolae can be made larger, or you can have cosmetic, not artistic, tattooing to enlarge the color. Enlarging the nipples is usually not worth it because you may lose all sensation and is usually not done in non breast cancer surgery.

You can consider tattooing in order to give the appearance of enlarged areolas. There are tattoo artists who can match the pigment of the current tissue and bring it further outward. This is done in the cases of breast cancer survivors and for those wishing to camouflage prior scarring.
