I had 2 breast lifts some year ago, but my breast always starts to sagg again. Now my nipples are to high. I want to do a lift again but this time with implants , because i have asymetrie now and lost some volume. Would a lift with implants help to get the nipples down ? Id like to have a natural looking breast but with full volume d /e cup. Which implants would be better round or teardrop? Thank you
Answer: Breast reduction and implants Based on this photo, it seems that you have very heavy breasts with poor support (loose vs. dense breast tissue). As a result, patients like you have a tendency to develop sagging of the lower pole due to gravity. Although you may find plastic surgeons who claim that placing a mash in lower pole would significantly improve this condition, I would recommend moderate breast reduction (to diminish amount of breast tissue) followed with placement of implants. This means that tissue that is removed with breast reduction should be replaced with implant. This would, in our experience, provide longer lasting result but still maintaining the size you like. Smooth, round implants, saline or gel, would be my choice. Lifting inframammay fold in the course of reduction/lift would place implants and breast tissue underneath the niples and correct current impression that nipples are too high. Hope thish elps. Good luck.

Answer: Nipples Your nipples are actually not too high, but your breasts are sagging down. The breasts can be lifted back up in place and your inferior base can be tightened. Don't go larger because more weight will make this happen even faster. You need to go smaller.

Answer: Bellesoma Method Unfortunately, your past 2 breast surgeries weren't really breast lifts but were areola lifts. As you can see, your areolas are high and the breasts are still low. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Revision Mastopexy and Breast Implant A round implant would augment the upper pole of you breast to give the more rounded fuller look up top. As far as the nipple position, you dont necessarily need to redo the entire lift, but a revision will help address the bottoming out and restore the nipple to a better position in relation to the rest of your breast. Hope that helps.

Answer: Breast revision Anomalous nipple position is a prevalent complication that arises following reduction mammaplasty. If there was inadequate planning or errors during the surgical procedure, the deformity could manifest itself right after surgery. Alternatively, it could emerge several months later because of gravitational forces causing the breast tissue to move downward and the nipples remaining fixed in a higher position. This condition is particularly noticeable in instances of extremely large breasts or breast hypertrophy in virginal women. The nipples can be repositioned when performing a revision breast lift and a breast augmentation. The process entails creating multiple incisions and relocating the breast skin to adjust the position of the nipple(s), which is similar to the technique utilized in a cosmetic breast lift operation. Also, I would recommend round implants These implants are preferred because they enhance the fullness of both the upper and lower portions of the breast. Additionally, they offer greater lift and cleavage to the breast. Of course, it is best to consult with an expert in breast surgery for the best results. I hope this helps, Best of luck !
