Are there non surgical procedures that could help enlarge nipples?

Nipples can be enlarged temporarily with “off-label” fillers this helps enhance projection and volume. Fat grafting can add fat for nipple volume. For inverted nipples, there are several procedures that may be performed under local anesthesia.

The only way to enlarge nipple(s) is to use local tissue from areola in the form of flap. Injection of filler or fat grafting will not create desired, long lasting result. Hope this helps.

If your actual nipple is small, fillers can be tried or even a fat transfer. However, you may lose nipple sensation and may not be able to breast feed. If you want your areolae enlarged, that can be done surgically, or even with a cosmetic, not artistic, tattoo.

Photos would aid in giving you an accurate assessment. Sometimes you may use Radiesse (an injectable) to enlarge nipples. There are hundreds of non surgical "Vacuum devices" advertised throughout the internet toting nipple enlargement (although I have no idea if it works).
