Are there non surgical procedures that could help enlarge nipples?

I had a breast augmentation procedure a couple years ago. My nipples look relatively quite smaller to my breasts. Could you please suggest non-surgical options for enlarging the nipples?

The nipples can be surgically removed and the cost would be $3,000-$4,000. The risks would be the secretions would not have a path of egress since the ducts have been cut. It is possible you could developed infection. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Only on the basis of in person evaluation one could make decision what can be done to change shape of your conic shaped nipples. Combination of wedge excision and base narroving would be one of the options. All is done in local anesthesia. Good luck.

It is difficult to answer your question without in person evaluation or set of photos. Moving nipple/areola in a new, higher position and tightening skin envelope is procedure called breast lift. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.
