I’m 33 and the one side of my lower face appears to have extra skin that I hate when I smile. What procedure could be done to tighten that? I already tried multiple Morpheus treatments. It just seems so lax.
Answer: Skin laxity An in person evaluation is best, but you may be a candidate for FaceTite. This minimally invasive procedure uses RF technology to tighten skin. It does not require general anesthesia! See my website or a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Morpheus8 can help tighten skin and give a more defined look Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Non-Surgical Face Lift / Skin Resurfacing with Renuvion/J-Plasma -- add Lasers, Microneedling/PRP, Ultherapy, FaceTite In our practice, we perform a non-surgical face lift / skin resurfacing treatment using Renuvion Helium Plasma Radiofrequency. To get the most improvement with skin tightening, we combine Renuvion (formerly J-Plasma) with lasers (Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, CO2), microneedling/PRP, Ultherapy and InMode FaceTite. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Options Hello, hope you are well. Morpheus8 was the right place to start--it is low-risk, minimally invasive and improves the quality of the skin's elasticity. The next procedure to consider short of surgery would be a more powerful, but somewhat more invasive radiofrequency treatment (e.g. FaceTite). Finally, a facelift could be considered but based on the photos you have provided there may not be enough skin laxity to justify an approach like that. It would be best to see a surgeon who offers a complete spectrum of facial aging treatment modalities (i.e. Morpheus, Facetite, facelift) so that you can get a non-biased opinion on the best treatment for you. Answer: Pax skin on one side of the face If you have already tried multiple Morpheus treatments without satisfactory results, laser skin tightening or a thread lift could be good “non invasive “ options. Consider a lower facelift as a potentially more advantageous alternative. This surgical procedure specifically targets the lower face, addressing concerns such as sagging skin and excess tissue. By removing the surplus skin, tightening the underlying muscles, and repositioning the remaining skin, a lower facelift can potentially provide the desired outcome of a more youthful and tightened appearance. It is advisable to consult with a qualified cosmetic surgeon or dermatologist who can evaluate your specific needs and determine if a lower facelift is the most suitable procedure for you. I hope this helps, best of luck !
