I am 27 years old Indian female. I’ve been doing facial exercises for 1 hour everyday or every other day for the past 7 yrs or so. I feel that skin has “stretched” permanently (I see asymmetry, large pores, hollow in my right cheek, etc). Kindly suggest a way to reverse the damage - thanks in advance. P.S - attaching pictures. Except for one in a multi color T-shirt in which I’m sticking my tongue out, all are current ones. The camera has not captured the skin sagging well enough.

Answer: Face To address the concerns you've described, a comprehensive evaluation by a medical professional is necessary. They can assess the condition of your skin, facial contours, and overall appearance to determine the best course of action. Potential treatment options may include professional skincare treatments, such as chemical peels or microdermabrasion, to improve skin texture and minimize pore size. In some cases, dermal fillers may be used to address asymmetry and add volume to areas of hollowness. Laser treatments or other non-surgical procedures could also be considered to improve skin quality and promote collagen production. It's important to remember that every individual is unique, and treatment plans should be tailored to your specific needs. A qualified medical professional will be able to provide personalized advice and recommend appropriate interventions based on a thorough evaluation of your condition. I encourage you to schedule a consultation with a dermatologist or plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns in detail and explore the available options for addressing the specific issues you've mentioned. Best of luck !
